OVER 14 HOURS OF ON ICE TRAINING (2¾ hrs. per day)
5 HOURS OF DRYLAND TRAINING (1 hr. per day)
ALOTTED TIME FOR CHANGING & SNACKS
Coach Langlot's Goalie School will focus:
- Skating
- Crease Movement
- Technique
- Conditioning
LEARN TO SKATE/LEARN TO PLAY HOCKEY:
Learn To Skate: $150
Learn To Play Hockey: $175
1 hour slots.
Starts Saturday, July 11th, goes 8 weeks, & ends Saturday, August 29th.
SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS:
Wednesdays & Fridays at 3:00pm to 4:00pm & 4:10pm to 5:10pm.
These times will be changing after August 14th.
